6. Pumpkin

Pumpkin is widely loved throughout the country for its taste and health benefits it offers. It is one of the best vegetables to grow in spring, as these fruits can not do well in cool winters and require a warmer climate to grow well. You’ll need a large bucket or container to grow pumpkin seeds in a pot and a 100-gram (3.5 oz) amount, raw pumpkin provides 110 kilojoules (26 kilocalories) of food energy and is an excellent source of provitamin A beta-carotene and vitamin A as well.
