Shipping & Delivery Policy

urjaseeds.com ensures quality products and packaging and on-time delivery to its customers. Products are shipped throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays. We are linked with reputed courier agencies to make certain that the products are received by our customers within given period and in good condition. If you do not have courier service available in your area or if you have ordered for any liquid items from our website then we will ship the product via India Post surface shipping services in the form of Business Parcel / Express Parcel. You can avail free shipping on orders above Rs.500. While on every cash on delivery orders, extra charges of Rs.50 are applicable.

Our aim is to serve every visitor who purchases from our website and to strengthens customer - seller relationship, we have also partnered with Speed Post and India Post Business Parcel for quick access to any remote corner of India.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

Delivery charges are finalized on the weight of the shipment and the distance from dispatch location to delivery area. We have a standard norm to follow for all our courier partners. We try to charge our customers with a least possible amount. You can refer to the chart below for better understanding of how the delivery charges are applied.

• Delivery charges are applicable on orders below Rs.500.
• Costs of products displayed on the website are all inclusive. All taxes except Octroi/local body tax are included in the list. Usually, Octroi / LBT are not applicable for seeds/plants.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days or as per the delivery date mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 7-8 working days from the date when the order is placed. For remote locations orders will be delivered by India Post within 8-10 working days. Delivery will be duly done as per your specified time and date.

However, few products could be substantial and require minimum 10 – 15 days’ time limit for the delivery. If such be the case, we will notify you at the earliest. Our only aim is to keep you happy and fulfill your requirement at the shortest period.

Can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped to your destination, we send you a tracking ID that you can use to check your shipment status from our website.

Do you cater to Bulk orders?

Yes, we usually process bulk or wholesale orders through our wholesale arm. We are based in Delhi and Chandigarh and cater to all major corporate houses, builders, Landscape Architects, Interior designers and many individual Customers.

Do you offer replacement and Warranty for the products?

urjaseeds.com shall provide you a guarantee of the products that come with a warranty like lawn movers, spray pumps, premium garden tools and fogging machines. The details of the same shall be provided to you with your shipment along with the respective product.

For seeds our warranty is limited to the germination of the seed (depending upon the growing conditions)

Can we cancel the order once it has been placed?

The order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped from order side. You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us. The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.
